- Head , GA (Geographical Area): B.E. / B.Tech. (Mech. / Elec. / Chem), Preferably with PG in Business Management or similar background from a recognized University or Institute.
- Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager (Technical): B.E. / B.Tech. (Mech. / Elec. / Chem) from a recognized University or Institute.
- Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager (C&M): B.E. in any discipline + MBA in Marketing from a recognized University or Institute.
- Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager (HSE): B.E. / B.Tech. (Mech. / Elec. / Chem.), preferably with PG in Industrial Safety or similar background from a recognized University or Institute.
- Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager (ROU): Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute.
- Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager (F&A): Post Graduate in commerce / Inter CA from a recognized University or Institute.
